About the service

brwse.io is operated by 1381005 B.C. LTD. These terms cover our website, desktop application, workspace services, and proxy purchases. By creating an account or purchasing services, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and authorized to act for any organization you represent. Your account and workspace

Provide accurate account details, protect your credentials, and give workspace access only to people you authorize. Workspace owners control billing and member access. You remain responsible for the data, accounts, and permissions you manage through the service. Our software does not grant permission to access another person's accounts, systems, or content.

Subscriptions and payments

Monthly plan prices and included capacity are shown on our pricing page and in Billing. Checkout confirms the amount and currency before payment. Subscriptions automatically renew monthly until canceled. Payment processing is provided by Stripe; payment details are submitted to Stripe. Proxy access is a separate prepaid purchase with no automatic renewal.

You authorize the payment shown at checkout and recurring payments for the software plan you select. Failed payments may restrict paid features. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period unless a refund or other arrangement ends access earlier. Software payments are non-refundable except for billing errors or where required by law. Delivered proxy refunds require completely unused access, subject to verification and applicable law. Our refund and cancellation policy forms part of these terms. We may change subscription prices and included capacity with 30 to 60 days of advance notice, including your right to cancel without penalty before the change. We will not change refund or cancellation terms to your disadvantage without your agreement where required by law.

Acceptable use and proxies

Use the service only for lawful activities and with the required permission. Do not use it for fraud, account theft, phishing, malware, spam, unauthorized access, denial-of-service attacks, or violations of another person's privacy or intellectual property. Do not circumvent our usage limits or interfere with the service.

Proxy infrastructure is supplied by third parties, including Proxy-Cheap. Connection availability, IP reputation, and acceptance by destination websites can change. A proxy does not guarantee anonymity, uninterrupted access, or access to a particular website. Orders are subject to availability. Supplier restrictions relevant to the purchased service also apply; we will provide applicable restrictions before purchase or when necessary to address misuse.

Data, availability, and ending access

Our Privacy policy explains how we process information. Keep backups of important data. Cloud restoration has technical limitations described in the app and documentation, including browser and operating-system compatibility. We may maintain, update, or temporarily interrupt the service. Features identified as preview or unavailable are not promises of future delivery.

We may restrict or suspend access for misuse, nonpayment, security threats, or legal requirements. Where practical, we will explain the issue and allow it to be resolved. Canceling a subscription does not automatically delete account data. Contact support for account deletion or access issues. We do not exclude rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and questions

We may update these terms as the service changes. Material changes will be communicated through the service or account email before taking effect where practical.
